Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are handled between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across Pakistan
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- No hidden fees you only pay what is shown at checkout
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
- Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance
Change of Address
If you need to update your delivery address:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed
