Return Process
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support with your order details
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, you will receive the return address
- Ship the item back to us
- After inspection, your refund will be processed
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error or defective product, we will cover the cost
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Used or damaged items
- Items with missing parts or packaging
- Final sale or customized products
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
