Return Process

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details
  2. Our team will review and approve your request
  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address
  4. Ship the item back to us
  5. After inspection, your refund will be processed

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error or defective product, we will cover the cost

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items with missing parts or packaging
  • Final sale or customized products

Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
